Cancellation Policy — APELICEN CLOTHING

At Apelicen Clothing, we understand that you may need to cancel an order occasionally. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and steps for canceling an order placed with us.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, follow these steps:

  • Provide your Order ID and the mobile number used during purchase.
  • Our team will check the order status and confirm if cancellation is possible.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, your payment will be refunded using the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Cancellation of COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required. Once the order is cancelled, it will simply not be shipped.

5. Automatic Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Payment failure or incomplete payment
  • Invalid or incomplete address details
  • Unavailability of the product in rare cases
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier

6. Modification of Orders

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the product, size, color, or address. You may cancel the order (before dispatch) and place a new one instead.
