Return Policy — APELICEN CLOTHING

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unworn and unused.
  • Item must be in original condition with all tags attached.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must not be washed, altered, or damaged.

Items failing the above conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during discounts or sale events
  • Used or washed items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or altered items
  • Innerwear & hygiene-sensitive products

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  • Provide your Order ID, registered mobile number, and reason for return.
  • Our support team will verify eligibility and schedule a pickup.
  • Ensure the product is securely packed for pickup.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check before approval.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • If the returned product passes the quality inspection
  • If the product was defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered
  • If the return request was placed within the return period

Mode of Refund:

  • Original payment method (if applicable)
  • Bank transfer (for COD orders)
  • Store credit (in certain cases)

Please allow 4–7 business days for refund processing after approval.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer hassle-free size exchanges on eligible products. Exchanges are subject to availability of the required size or colour.

If the desired size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos and an unboxing video
  • We will arrange a free pickup and provide a replacement
  • If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

8. Return Shipping Charges

Return pickup is free in cases of wrong or defective product delivery. For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, a minimal pickup fee may apply.
